WWE SmackDown viewership And Key Demo Rating For The Post-Elimination Chamber Episode

Friday's live post-Elimination Chamber edition of WWE SmackDown drew an average of 2.114 million viewers on FOX, according to Nielsen, via Showbuzz Daily.

This final number is down 2.71% from the previous week's final viewership of 2.173 million viewers for the Elimination Chamber go-home show.

Friday's SmackDown drew a 0.57 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. This is up 5.55% from the previous week's 0.54 rating.

SmackDown ranked #1 in ratings for the key 18-49 demographic on network TV, up from the previous week's #3 ranking. SmackDown ranked #1 in the 18-34 demo this week, up from the previous week's #3 ranking. SmackDown ranked #4 in the 25-54 demo, up from the previous week's #5 ranking, and tied with Magnum PI. SmackDown came in at #8 for the night in viewership on network TV, down from the previous week's #7 ranking. Blue Bloods on CBS topped the night on network TV in viewership this week with 6.250 million viewers.

Friday's SmackDown drew the lowest viewership of the year so far, and the second-best key demo rating of the year. Friday's viewership was down 2.71% from the previous week's episode, while the key demo rating was up 5.55% from the previous week's episode.

Viewership for Friday's SmackDown episode was down 1.44% from the same week in 2021, while Friday's 18-49 key demo rating was up 5.55% from the same week in 2021. The 2021 episode was also the post-Elimination Chamber show.

The NBA game between the Lakers and the Clippers at 10:15pm ET on ESPN topped the night on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.50 key demo rating, drawing 1.384 million viewers. The Five on FOX News topped the night on cable in viewership with 4.481 million viewers, ranking #2 on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.45 key demo rating.

Friday's post-Elimination Chamber edition of SmackDown aired live from the GIANT Center in Hershey, PA with the following line-up advertised ahead of time – new WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn celebrating his win, Drew McIntyre vs. Happy Baron Corbin (changed from McIntyre vs. Madcap Moss), plus a WrestleMania 38 contract signing for WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs. WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, which was the main event.
